encourage women

The Bible says God knit us together in our mothers’ womb, He made us fearfully and wonderfully (Psalm 139:15). The creator and owner of the heavens and earth calls us the “apple of His eye” (Zech 2:8; Psalm 17:8). However, I believe many women are struggling. We are listening to what the world tells us what we should be, not to who Christ says we are. On this blog I will share stories of my own life and those of other Christian women who want to share theirs. My hope is to encourage women to keep their focus on God in times when they feel that their worlds are falling apart. We are living in confusing times (2 Tim 3:17), but there is always hope in God (Jer 29:11).

I am writing this blog because I know life isn’t easy. I know the pain of not being able to have children, I know the pain of multiple and severe loss, I know how it feels to be incredibly lonely, and I know how it feels to be completely overwhelmed and to feel death would be easier than life. Through this I have learned so much about myself and about God’ s grace, love and mercy and if I can encourage only one person to fight another day, I will be blessed.
